Exploring Anger
In times of tension and aggression, anger can easily arise—clouding perception, hardening the heart, and obscuring our natural capacity for joy.
Grounded in Buddhist philosophy, we can work with anger as one of the mind’s poisons—an experience often likened to a veil of dark smoke that distorts how we see ourselves and the world. Through mindful inquiry and embodied practice, we can explore how meeting anger with understanding rather than resistance allows it to soften and transform into clarity and wisdom.
The Boss belts it out from the heart here in this newly released song! Please listen and share if you have not yet heard this.
